OpenAVR - Page that has various Open Source AVR projects, including the C compiler AVR-GCC that is free yet powerful.

Digikey - Excellent online electronic component distributor, has a great shipping policy to Canada

Front Panel Express - For a not-too-bad price will take a sheet of aluminum and mill and engrave it as you want to produce extreamly professional looking front panels. Has free design software as well!
